Amazon shows release dates for AT THE SIGN OF TRIUMPH and SHADOW OF VICTORY but nothing about A CALL TO VENGEANCE. I remember hearing a pod cast at the beginning of the year saying it would be released in the fall. Has anyone heard any updates?

I believe Duckk said even the other 2 are just unrealistic placeholders at the moment. David is behind on several projects. I know vengence is Tim and Tom, but it can spill over.
