You mean JFK launched an Inquiry before he got shot?
Washington launched an Inquiry into someone who hadn't even been born yet?

List will need to be updated daily to remain completely accurate bur probably won't due to high demands from Trump's ignorance. Therefore, expect Guinness's actual list to be much longer.

What happened to #3?

#1, nope.

And #4, sorry, but he's nowhere near GW Bush yet. He's done lots of highly questionable things, but most of them were exactly that rather than illegal.
USA has enough of the "if the president says it is so, then it is" standards that gives far too much leeway.

Frankly, while i certainly do not have any kind of comparative lineup ready, i'm fairly sure Trump isn't even on the top 10 list for this yet.
If nothing else, because he just haven't had the time yet.
Lots of presidents have played around with illegal stuff.

#5? Are you kidding? GWB is waaaay beyond Trump in that.

#12 i would say is a maaayybe. There are several other candidates for that position.

#16 and #17, well twitter or similar hasn't exactly existed for long so it's kinda silly to compare when he's the only one that used it big so far.

#18? Hah! Not even close.

#19? You joking right? Nepotism is ever rampant in USA, even if it's not always as obvious and easy to spot as when the Trumpster does it.
