Hey TheE, your taxes are going up to actually defend Europe. Enjoy!

And your taxes will have to go up to pay for the cut taxes and let's spend into poverty approach of the current government. The National debt is climbing at record levels from record levels and are predicted even by paid republican hacks to go Much higher. Even with the outrageous claims of massive GPD gains the current tax base will never cover the current spending - most of which is for "defense" and government salaries. |

Your concerns night be worth noting but Obama doubled the debt in 8 years. Where were you complaining when he doubled the debt.

He was slashing the deficit. Which is what you have to do FIRST before debt can fall. You know.... because math. Trump is exploding that deficit. |

What was the debt before he went into office and what was the debt when he left office. 7.4 trillion to 18 trillion when he left (debt stats).

I could make my home into a palace by spending much more than I earn, and borrowing to make up the difference. Many would say, that I am doing well to be so wealthy, however at some point the merry go round will stop.
Trump is attacking it from both ends, spending more and earning less by slashing taxes. Enjoy your financial binge, but your kids and grand kids will be saddled by the debt. |

First this is patently untrue and you know it. Secondly: And how come someone who only joined the Weber forum on aug. 7th 2018 claims to be so familiar with Duckk? Have you created a new account on the Weber forums after having been banned by Duckk? |

Namelessfly was banned, then after some time I pleaded his case with Duckk to give him a second chance. In no time he was behaving the same, and was banned again after a rampage of attacking several people personally. I was a bit annoyed as I was one of those attacked after I had stuck up for him.
I have seen progressives warned by Duckk, but they are sensible enough to back off enough to avoid banning.

The debt at the dates when someone takes office and leaves office is not the debt figures you look at, which is self evident if you have half a brain cell. Reagan was the largest with an 186-percent increase.
Source: www.thebalance.com Considering that when Obama took office the US economy was in shambles as Bush it's a wonder that the debt increase wasn't higher. --- Jack of all trades and destructive tinkerer. Anyone who have simple solutions for complex problems is a fool. |

Let's not forget that GOP strategy seems to be to run up as much debt as possible, losing an election, and then bashing the democrats for not getting anything done because they have their hands full dealing with new debt. "Fiscal responsibility", it seems, only means "less taxes for the rich"... |
