Hmm, state owns everything.

That would be capitalism, based on the best capitalist ecconomy that is. Singapore.

Oh, so we do not outproduced the mighty capitalistic Germany - which incidentally, have the industrial resources of the whole Europe - despite losing enormous amount of resources & industrial plants early in the war?

You demonstrated your incompetence again. The socialism could easily outperform capitalism in productivity simply due to MUCH better control of resources available. The problem of socialism, is that such control is easy when there are limited number of aspects to control - like when you are fighting the war, or building the new industry from scratches - but as soon as number of directions to control started to increase, the centralized control started to fail quickly.

Three claims - three really obvious mistakes. Imaginos1892, seriously, stop demonstrate to us how bad is US education system.

Oh well, if shortening the front is what the Germans crave,
Let's shorten it to very end - the length of Fuhrer's grave.

If two economies operated side-by-side for 40 years, and one of them was prosperous, productive, and provided well for its citizens, while the other one was an impoverished hell-hole that people were literally dying to escape from, I think most honest people would agree which one was better.

Or were the East Germans actually better off under communism, and just didn’t know it?

Most people don’t WANT to work, but they are willing to work FOR something. Some immediate, tangible benefit TO THEM. Like a paycheck. Money they can use to buy things they want. Most people are willing to work harder, learn difficult and complex skills, in order to be rewarded with more money.

Communism does not provide that reward.

As a result, every attempt to operate a communist economy has failed dismally.

Any economic system that does not reward its workers for improving themselves and becoming more productive is doomed to fail in the same way.

That’s just the way it is. No grandiose proclamations or pretentious ‘theories’ can change that fact.

Well, I suppose you could punish people for not working, instead of rewarding them for working. What was that called again?

Oh. Giving the same rewards to the workers that DON’T improve themselves and become more productive is almost as bad as providing no rewards at all.

It's kind of funny.

Imaginos basically using the 1950's McCarthy era US definition of communism arguing with Dil who appears to be using the similar USSR 1950's definition of capitalism.

And a common take on Socialism as being the bad points of them, while neglecting the true failure point of both their own government systems. Corruption.

Election fraud again in Broward and West Palm Beach this is getting to be a bad SNL show. Well, why is DHS investigating the Florida recount. Funny that DHS seems to be running an investigation before the 2018 elections concerning the 2016 election. I wonder if they laid a trap for the good and noble local incorruptible election officials. My guess is that a federal law or EO comes out requiring some type of voter id or use state id.

North Carolina is clasic.

Roughly, 1.8 million votes for the Dems, 2 house seats.

1.7 million for GOP, 10 seats.

I wonder if this is a real thing, or yet more far right wing fake news.

Actually looks like Rick Scott is spinning false stories because he looks like losing in the end.
Even his own monitoring staff say there was no voter fraud* in Florida.

*well, there's always 1 or 2 possible.

When they keep finding votes after the deadline...according to Florida election law all votes have to be turned in no later than 30 minutes after closing of polls. Over 3000 counties in Florida comply but these 2 counties are unable to comply. This sure smells funny. The funny thing is that the demoncrats are trying to get provisional votes by illegals to count.

There is precisely zero evidence or indication of that assertion.

And you know how we know? Because while Scott and Nelson scream it publicly their lawyers don't even try to make that argument in court. Because it is fiction and they would get their asses handed to them by the judge if they tried.

And it's particularly amusing to see you making it after accusing me in another thread of "assumptions of guilt without proof" on an issue there is a massive amount of publicly accessible proof of.
