In Australia our veterans get a Medicare Gold Card which entitles them to absolutely everything medical, or dental.
Overall, the US medical system is a joke among all developed countries.

As you don't identify by country, where up north? Virtually everything is north to us.

Well... compared to the US yes. But then almost any health system is excellent compared to the US.

Compared to other OECD nations it's fair to middling....

I'm fairly certain that crediting this to Trump is inaccurate. I've been going to the same civilian health care for years, only visiting a VA hospital when I needed a major procedure done. Not only that, but there's been a strong push for more VA health care centers spread out around the country for years. The effort to bring good/more availability of care to vets has been going on for a long time. Trump can't even claim it started on his watch or that it gained more traction during his tenure as president.
