Picked up my copy at the BN in Maple Grove, MN. They have more copies on the shelf (or at least they did about 4 pm today)

I'm waiting on my Kindle copy. It will be out on election day (which should distract me from all the single subject bleepedity bleep talking head speculations that will dominate that day.)

Apparently Amazon is playing by the rules. Ah well.

I got mine through Book People in Moscow, Idaho. I ordered on the 28th of October and it came in on the 31st. I picked it up on the 2nd and finished reading it on Saturday. Great read, Thanks for the ending Mr. Weber
