Well, i'm not the american, of course, so it's only my opinion and observation... but the best way to solve a huge chunk of USA problem is to get rid of both ruling parties and let some other party came to power, for at least some time. ![]() ------------------------------
Oh well, if shortening the front is what the Germans crave, Let's shorten it to very end - the length of Fuhrer's grave. (Red Army lyrics from 1945) |

True enough. Still both parties have changed with time. The republicans are in process of shifting more towards libertarians. While the dems have shifted more and more towards a European brand of socialism. |

To a certain extent the Tea party has provided that to the Republicans. The biggest problem has always been those in the 1 party safe districts. Because of successful internal party challenges by the Tea Party, the Republican ignore the voters crowd is paying attention for the first time in decades. Now we just need a Democratic tea party to do the same on the other side of the aisle. It's not nearly as good as throw the bums out but at least getting them to care about the voters is a step in the right direction. |
