Don't get too relaxed. Baen once posted the full length of WoH as a snippet. yep, the whole thing - Arnold extracted the first letter of every word into a text file and gave it to us. Deliberately. This wasn't an oops, unlike another [in]famous incident.

Someone even spotted the repeated appearance of VASF and correctly identified it as Vice Admiral Shannon Foraker.

So, really, a word an hour isn't beyond the realm of possibility. And would give us 1-2 paragraphs a week, on average.

since a snippet was posted for *any* book. :(

But then, I have been paying little attention

I remember doing that. I did a search of SF and found many occurrences. I did a search for CSF, but the only occurrence was part of a longer all caps string. There were several occurrences of ASF and all were part of VASF.

What would be the normal timeline for Webscription releases?

2nd half of November: the Baen Monthly Bundle for March 2016 should be available for pre-order (until February 15, 2016 or so);
December 16, 2015: the 1st half of the books in this bundle will be available;
January 16, 2016: the 3rd quarter;
February 16, 2016: the complete books. At the same time the bundle won't longer be available, but only the single books.

Between earliest date of pre-order for the Bundle and publication of the 1st half of the books, the e-arc will come around ... (or at least I hope so ...)

Edit September 25th: If Baen makes it for the March-2016-Bundle like they did for the January one, the Bundle should be available for pre-order around November 25th or so ... counting from today: in about 8 and a half weeks or 61 days
